The village church leader needs help specifically directed at his/her situation
The Herald of Faith is Unique
We aim for the guy that slips between the cracks.

The bottom and the edges of society.

For 50 years, the Herald of Faith has trained national workers in various places in the world.
We hold short schools, ranging from a day to two weeks. We stay as close to the village (or barrio) as we can, and direct teaching to the person who doesn't have formal training in a Bible School, Seminary, or extended course.
We recognize that most pastoral training is done through the local church, and we respect that principle. So we work through a local church or body of churches when we teach. Sometimes we have had as many as 17 different churches represented in a school. Our goal is that each leader will return as a more effective minister within his/her own persuasion.
Winston Mattsson-Boze (boZAY) leads the Herald of Faith

The pages show activity in various parts of the world as well as some teaching that can move your life further in the Kingdom of God.

Some places are quite isolated, as this canoe on the Caribbean coast of Honduras indicates. The Garifuna people in Honduras live here, and we have taught their leaders as they have translated the Old Testament into their own language.
The Herald of Faith pages can help you understand the Great Commission at a grass roots level.

Many people live in villages like this one in northern Uganda. They don't have much education and they don't have libraries or books available to them.
We go to them where they are and try to speak in simple, direct language that can help them know God.

You can find us here (of course) and also at heraldoffaith.org. We keep some blogs at hofaith.blogspot.com and mattsson-boze.blogspot.com

In India people sit on the floor. They often take turns leading in a song.
We helped rebuild about 20 churches after the tsunami a couple of years ago.
